Well sleep provides us some sleep that gives us recharged for the next day or something. And they recharge our energy for us all rested like we need to rest for the TAKS!
Rest is something everyone needs. Rest give everyone to feel like they are not to tired the next day. Rest also gives us not being so angry or acting mean. rest is very important it helps us do better in school, work, etc.
Sleep is one of most important things to do to have a healthy life. It gives you the strength for the day. I talso makes you in a good mood. that is what I say.

ReplyDeletesleep is something most kids need. I beleive 9 1/2 hours is good. If you dont sleep you wont be up and ready for the next day!
